Yoga, is what we meet

When I first practiced yoga, I could barely do the basic asanas, let alone the difficult ones, and I was often sore after one session.

If you want to be beautiful, stick with it!

If you want to improve your temperament, stick with it!

At this moment, there is always a voice in my heart admonishing myself, in fact, "persistence" is not a kind of life attitude, and slowly this persistence has paid off.

First of all, the weight has dropped, the previous shoulder and back pain has also been relieved, and there is energy! Even the yoga teacher said our asanas are quite standard. All these changes come from the persistent practice of yoga.

Secondly, the meditation, meditation and soothing music of yoga also helped me to relax from the tension and anxiety, and my mind was gradually calmed down. These subtle changes in my mind and body have also benefited me greatly.

I owe my peace of mind and peace of mind to yoga.
