3. Raise one leg parallel to the ground and lift your arms at the same time, holding the position for a few seconds. Lower the leg and arms slowly and repeat several times, then switch legs. This is a great way to tighten the gluteus maximus and slim down the arms.
Ⅳ. lie on your back
Keep your legs together, place your left leg on the exercise ball, arch your right leg up and keep it perpendicular to the ground, lift your upper body up and in a straight line with your left leg. Breathe deeply and hold the position for a few seconds. It will enhance the flexibility of the whole body.
